I partnered with the COO and head data scientist to conduct cohort analyses and qualitative customer research. Results were coded using a behavioral science model to make sense of attrition and retention patterns.
Outcomes
I developed and led a company wide presentation to share customer insights for next stage prototypes. Specifically to increase % of weekly users + decrease churn rate from 7.5% to 5%. Results were also translated for specific marketing campaigns.
