I led a team in a nationwide ethnographic research study to better understand chronic disease medication adherence issues. We analyzed data, synthesized insights, and delivered results to cross- functional product teams.
Outcomes
In collaboration with the design team, I created Behavioral Profiles of N = 27 participants to increase the conversation among product teams about user needs and behaviors. Co-developed a micro-journey map to infuse behavioral models into the strategic conversation at the leadership level.
