I led the research team in focus group studies to evaluate a sales and marketing model that presented an end-to-end customer experience. We also concept tested certain product features, company name + logo. Results were used for strategic design decisions, distribution model, and Kickstarter campaign.
Outcomes
I coded and correlated customer demographic factors and their motivations to purchase the product. I also led the synthesis of study findings into a presentation for the company Advisory Board meeting.
