I co-designed and led in-home ethnographic interviews to observe camera use patterns. The research methods and tools helped to clarify current customer needs, motivations, and behaviors related to camera engagement and satisfaction.

Outcomes

In collaboration with the design team, I evaluated behaviors around use of GoPro entry-level camera use and comparators (i.e. mobile phone camera). I correlated behaviors to the existing customer segmentation model to explain user decisions for use/non-use. Results were delivered to the biz dev team in the form of a workshop and final deck.
