Speaking & Workshops
I believe the whole world can benefit from a little behavioral science. You might even call me an evangelist. That’s one reason I’ve continued to teach at universities like Columbia and Stanford. I would be thrilled to teach your team or deliver a keynote
Speaking & Workshops
I’m incredibly passionate about my work. I believe that the whole world can benefit from a little Behavioral Science. You might even call me an evangelist. I would love to come and speak to your team, or deliver a keynote.
I often teach about the following topics:
The Consumer Mind and Behavior Design
Want to learn how to leverage consumer psychology in the design of technology products? This workshop will introduce basic theories and research concerning neuroscience and behavioral psychology to examine models for forming user habits.
Know your Humans: Designing Effective User Research
Setting yourself up to design a delightful product or experience means starting with strong user research. During this workshop you will learn different methods for doing research that effectively informs user experience.
The Golden Thread of Consumer Engagement
The Golden Circle is a framework that helps teams clearly define their mission. That doesn’t always mean all teams are aligned as needed. Customer focused work projects derail all the time usually due to lack of focus and connection to the customer. While there’s no magic pill, there is a tried and true golden thread that weaves together team decision making, efficiency, and customer empathy. This workshop is about the Golden Thread of Consumer Engagement — a model I’ve been prototyping as a way to keep cross functional teams in sync and peak performing.
